Independent software built under Boston304 LLC

Practical tools, built to be used.

Braatz Innovations builds focused, real-world software: small tools that do one job well and stay out of your way. It is the home of LastList, a smart shopping planner that turns messy notes into clear, ready-to-shop plans, with live product data where retailers support it.

Built iteratively in the open. Designed and developed by Joshua Braatz. Available on the web, Google Play, the Microsoft Store, and Amazon Alexa.
LastList

Smart shopping planner for real-life lists

Start with a messy list of items and end with a clean, organized plan, grouped by store, zone, or trip, whether you are shopping locally, online, or both.

List intake

Turn messy inputs into usable lists

Paste or type whatever you have: notes, texts, partial ideas. LastList parses and normalizes items into a universal category system that spans groceries, hardware runs, online orders, and everything in between.

Built to handle real-world list chaos.
Planning

Plan by store, route, or mode

Build a plan that matches how you actually shop: by store, by trip, or by the way you run errands. LastList stays useful even when a retailer is not integrated yet by keeping the plan store-agnostic.

Supports single-store runs and multi-stop trips.
Real products

Item-level picks from real inventory

LastList connects to official retailer APIs and affiliate programs to match your items to real products, pricing, and availability, with more retailers added over time. Partner-friendly by design, with no scraping.

Coverage expands as new integrations land.

About

A small studio for focused tools

Braatz Innovations is a small, independent effort to build tools that feel deliberate, fast, and genuinely useful, not another noisy dashboard that gets abandoned after two logins.

The goal is simple: ship practical utilities that slot into real life without demanding a new way of working. Many projects start as experiments and gradually grow into stable products.

LastList is the current flagship, with additional planning tools and everyday automations on the whiteboard for future development.

Roadmap

What's next for Braatz Innovations

Platforms

Everywhere people actually shop

LastList ships on the web, Google Play, and the Microsoft Store, with a free Amazon Alexa skill for Echo devices. A native iOS app is the next platform in development.

Goal: the list is wherever you are when you remember.
Assistants

An action layer, not just a chatbot

LastList exposes a Model Context Protocol server, so assistants like Gemini, Claude, and ChatGPT can add items, check things off, and find recipes against real lists. The next step is deepening what an assistant can finish end to end.

Open protocol, no lock-in.
APIs & data

Official integrations where it matters

The intent is to rely on official APIs and affiliate programs, not scraping, to match items to real products and surface accurate pricing and availability. Coverage grows as retailer partnerships land.

Partner-friendly from day one.
